There are fees for this service, so do not click below until you read this: Due to charges placed upon us by credit card providers, and the labor necessary to process online payments, we must charge 7.5% of the amount of the transaction (which will show up as "tax" on your payment), which is non-refundable. In most cases, the charges to process this payment will be less than the penalties imposed by the Association for late payments (i.e. 12% plus $10.00). If you do not wish to incur these fees, we still accept conventional cash or check payments by following the instructions on your monthly statement. If your are currently in collections: If your account is subject to any collection action by the Association (based on any notice(s) you may have received), please contact us by phone to determine the proper amount to pay.  All accounts subject to any collection action will have all payments reviewed before final acceptance. If your payment is not accepted, it may be refunded to you at our discretion, without prior notice.
