About the CEO

Mike Lewis has been active in the property management industry for over 4 years, and specializes in community associations. He holds AMS (Association Management Specialist) and CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designations from the nationally recognized Community Associations Institute, as well as a CCAM (Certified Community Association Manager) designation from the California Association of Community Managers.

Mike’s property management experience includes local associations with as little as 23 units and as much as 288 units. His budgetary experience includes buildings exceeding $1,000,000.00 in annual revenue. With such a diverse portfolio, he has been able to successfully grasp and attend to the needs of both small and large communities.

In addition to thorough education and experience in the field of property management, Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Pennsylvania State University, with a minor in business logistics. Both of which included various levels of training in large-scale corporation management, project management, operations, fundamental and technical securities brokerage, accounting, economics and financial planning. One of the most interesting aspects of his education included a case study on the business model of Southwest Airlines, with the conclusion being used as a planning tool for the future of the company.

Throughout his college years, Mike’s leadership skills flourished as a member and committee chair of the Tau Epsilon Phi fraternity, member and officer of the PSU Lion Ambassadors, captain of the ice hockey team and a member of the Army ROTC, where he achieved the level of Staff Sergeant before deciding to leave to continue his education.

Along with his education, Mike has over 8 years of customer service and business management experience with organizations such as Aerodynamics, Brandywine Flight Systems, United Sports Training Center, Solomon Smith Barney and Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

In his personal life, Mike is an avid surfer, soccer player and captain of a local roller hockey team.
