Concept Seven specializes in the exclusive management of community associations throughout the greater Los Angeles area. Founded in December 2004 by company CEO Mike Lewis, CCAM, CMCA, AMS, the firm's primary focus is to provide dynamic management solutions to common industry issues, while presenting clients with the highest levels of customer service. In July 2005, Concept Seven completed the acquisition of an exclusive set of properties from Management Professionals, Inc., a former employer of Mike Lewis, with over 20 years experience in the industry. Together, the firms collectively manage over 95 properties, consisting of over 5,000 property owners and $2.2 Billion in real estate.
